You retain ownership of content you post on Karagram. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform.

Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or bullying
  • Promotes violence or illegal activities
  • Contains spam or misleading information
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Violates the privacy of others

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots) without permission

The Karagram platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Karagram by Digii Developerz Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KARAGRAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karagram, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
